The Wing Chun Workbook is an attempt to document and demonstrate our family’s interpretation of the simple, effective and devastating art of Wing Chun, SiFu Carroll has created a series of informative lessons that will include pictures and examples for those wishing to learn this art. Each issue will focus on one or more skills, drills or concepts. He is currently covering the fundamentals which are the most important by far. Without a strong foundation everything else will be an empty shell.

As a student of Wing Chun, I can honestly say the newsletter has been a great training aid. There are multitudes of knowledge to be gained from this newsletter.
I highly recommend anyone interested in Duncan Leung’s lineage or just Wing Chun in general to sign up and check it out.-SCOTT W.
I think it is great! had alot of information and the photos were great. I especially like the price for what you are getting.
It sure looks like the old stuff when I was stationed in Norfolk area in the late 70′s.- Jim K.

It makes sense that it resembles the wing chun from Norfolk in the late 70s. SIFU Dustin Carroll (Sifu of the Wing Chun Boxing Academy) is a disciple of SiFu Doc Savage, a Duncan Leung student that trained with Duncan Leung from 1976 through 1990 and teaches the true art of wing chun as was passed on to him.- Daniel Lopez

I found out about your Wing Chun Workbook recently and subscribed to it.
However, I am missing out on the earlier issues.
Is it possible minus my 1 year subscription period to allow me to obtain all the issues thus far?
Regards,
insights. But when I read the fifth, on Tan Sao, I had a light bulb moment, the explanation in your newsletter took something I have been doing for years, and shown me by essence, I have been focusing on one hand the entire time and not BOTH! It was so simple I could not see how I had not seen it before! The ability to use the Tan Sau to increase the bad guys energy to run into my Fist hand…WOW! Thank you! I think I am going to be reading and re-reading this newsletter for quite a while!- Steve
